Haley Beason, Executive Director
On a wing and a prayer, Haley Beason and her husband Harold opened The Landing in Alexandria, AL, in 2014, just two years after her own sobriety journey began in 2012. In 2019, The Landing was relocated to Baldwin County, Alabama. Haley is a Nationally Certified Addictions Counselor, a Nationally Certified Peer Support Specialist, and a Certified Recovery Support Specialist through the ADMH. In 2021, Haley became the founding vice president of the Alabama Alliance For Recovery Residences, which is Alabama's affiliate for the national alliance of recovery residences.

In following with the tradition of the 12 Steps program, Haley spends much of her time giving back to the sober community of South Alabama. She largely credits her own sobriety to "the company that she keeps."
