Upon Haley's direction and support, The Landing molds women needing recovery from alcohol/drug addiction into ladies with a work ethic who make living amends daily to the stakeholders of their past. From a meditative approach to a delivery of recovery in both innovative and traditional methods, the women of The Landing develop the desire and emotional maturity that drives their motivation to learn novel things and experience exciting revelations. In my personal and professional opinion, The Landing and Haley's mission for women in recovery are a commodity and rarity in today's recovery society. As a result, I believe more women's recovery programs should be modeled after The Landing!

I came to The Landing on a court order. I tried every way possible to cure my addiction, but nothing ever stuck for more than 30 days. With Haley's help, I moved into her step-up house within six months of being completely sober and stayed until May 2018. After working the 12 steps with a sponsor I began to sponsor other women, which is the greatest thing I've ever done in my life. Had The Landing not existed and a woman named Haley not ran the place, I don't know that I would be alive today. My life completely changed and continues to become even better due to Alcoholics Anonymous, The Landing, and Haley.

I came to The Landing in September 2016 as a broken and lost girl who believed there was no hope of ever getting sober. After trying several other methods of getting and staying sober, including several detoxes and other recovery houses, this was truly the last stop on the block for me. Haley would not give up on me. Day after day, I would hear Haley's story and eventually I couldn't deny the way her Source was working in her life. I have worked the 12 steps of Alcoholics Anonymous and have been able to make amends to those I have hurt in my past. I am able to give back to those who are still suffering and feel as though they have no hope, as I once felt. I am able to sponsor other women and spend time giving back at the house that built me into the woman I am today. I have a loving God in my life who I am able to spend time with every single day. All of this is possible because Haley got sober five years ago and felt a passion to help other women.

I came to The Landing on July 21, 2016. The Landing has been a major part of my recovery and has been the building blocks of starting a new life. The Landing has taught me discipline, the importance of following directions, and most importantly, my self worth. I still go to The Landing to give away the gift that was given to me, by sharing my experience, strength, and hope. I have gained a life beyond my wildest dreams by going to The Landing. I have started a career in recovery that I don't believe I would have sought out if not for the knowledge gained. It truly has become a home away from home, where I gain support, love and friendships that help me through each day.
